Harvest Hall – our Party Rental Hall
We can offer you the perfect setting for your next recreational event, family reunion, wedding, conference, banquet or party in our hand built Harvest Hall.
The hall comfortably seats 175 and is furnished with table and chairs, a small bar area, stage area for bands or dancing and decorated with rustic antiques and original paintings. The covered porches can accommodate 50 additional guests. There is a prep kitchen, bathrooms, and changing rooms for the bridge and groom or guests of honors. A beautiful wooden staircase allows for a perfect entrance for the bride.
The rental fees vary depending on the day of the week, month and holidays. A non-refundable deposit fee of $300 is required at the time of booking and signed contract to secure your date and times. Additional rental items are available upon request.
We can assist you in planning your event by offering catered food and beverage services. Alcohol is permitted inside the hall, renter must assume all liability and responsibility and maintain the alcohol in a private setting, and not exposed to the general public. Indiana state laws relating to the distribution and consumption of alcohol must be strictly followed. Valley Branch Retreat is not authorized by the State of Indiana to handle alcoholic beverages.
The hall is rented and secured on a first come, first serve basis, rental fees must be paid in advanced, non-payment will result in cancellation. Tax exempt groups must provide a copy of their Indiana General Sales Tax Exempt Certificate with the signed contract. Valley Branch Retreat assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, damages, and Valley Branch Retreat assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items at the facility.
WiFi is available outside most of our cabins, front porches and outside front porch of Harvest Hall.
